Structured Literacy for Secondary

Accelerate reading and writing in Years 7–10

Our workshops are designed specifically for secondary educators navigating the demands of the new English curriculum. Grounded in the Science of Learning, we support teachers to apply Structured Literacy approaches in ways that are practical, subject-relevant, and effective for adolescent learners.

With over a decade of experience working across the New Zealand curriculum, we bridge the gap between research and real classrooms—helping teachers move beyond theory into strategies that improve both reading and writing outcomes.

From explicit writing instruction to supporting students with gaps in foundational skills, our PLD equips teachers with the tools to accelerate literacy progress across Years 9–10.
